Beginning as a freelance designer for Chef Will Meyricks’ Street food cookbook Sarong Inspirations, I approached Sarong pitching myself as a potential brand guardian moving forward as I saw a need for ongoing comms and content creation for the rise of mobile device usage and social media apps.
My role with Sarong was to ensure brand synergy throughout its folio of brands.
In line with the expansion of brands in Bali, Jakarta, Malaysia and Hong Kong, my role was to create and manage brands, content and promotions across the group. I managed teams and suppliers including TV networks, film crews, celebrities and accompanied Executive Chef Will Meyrick across the region as a fixer, photographer, content creator, partner and supplier liaison.
My work is accredited with the successful creation and marketing of Mamasan Bali, Malaysia and Hong Kong, Hujan Locale Ubud and Tiger Palm Bali.
